Fabian Evans - Personal Trainer & Sport Coach Nutritionist 

My Fitness Journey

From a young age, I was naturally drawn to physical activity, no matter what form it took. However, it wasn’t until I was 15 that I committed to full-time training. Since then, fitness has been a core part of my life and daily routine.

As I approached the end of high school and began considering my career path, it became clear, what else would I do besides pursue a career in the fitness industry? With this realization, I wasted no time in obtaining the necessary credentials and taking the steps required to start my own business and establish myself in the industry.

I have been fortunate and incredibly grateful to work alongside my mum at her gym, @blackoutffpt, which we are now building and growing together as a family business.

With over eight years of experience in the gym and five years working professionally in the fitness industry, I have gained extensive knowledge and continue to learn and grow. This ongoing development allows me to expand the services I offer and has enabled me to work with over 80+ clients, helping them build confidence and achieve their fitness goals.

As a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach, I am deeply passionate about health, fitness, and empowering others to reach their full potential. My goal is not only to help clients achieve their fitness aspirations but also to educate them, ensuring they become more confident and informed throughout their journey.

Now, my next step is to launch my online coaching services, allowing me to reach a wider audience and create an even greater impact.

Why I Personal Train & Coach Nutrition

Being a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach is incredibly fulfilling. There is no greater satisfaction than helping someone achieve their goals, whether it’s weight loss, building strength, or improving overall well-being. Witnessing my clients grow, gain confidence, and transform into the best versions of themselves is what fuels my passion for this profession.

For me, the gym is more than just a place to train, it’s a second home. I am grateful every day for the opportunity to do what I love as a job, empowering others to unlock their full potential through fitness and nutrition.

My Aim as a Personal Trainer & Nutritionist

My objective is to collaborate closely with my clients, providing support, motivation, and guidance to help them reach their goals while ensuring they feel comfortable, confident, and enjoy the process. I believe fitness should be a fun and sustainable journey, not a chore. I’m always open to learning and evolving, continuously expanding my knowledge to deliver the highest quality service.

Qualifications

  • CERT 3/4 in Fitness – Master Trainer LVL1 Accreditations - Through Australian Institute of Fitness

  • CERT 4 in Nutrition - Sports Coach Nutritionist - Through VAST Fitness Academy

  • Qualified MetaPWR Instructor
