Fabian - Personal Trainer & Nutritionist 

My Fitness Journey:

Growing up I knew I was into physical activity as any chance I had I would be doing some form of exercise whether it be going to the skatepark, competing in athletic/swimming carnivals, joining in for a run, or training with mum. It wasn't until I was 15 that I properly started getting into training. I fell in love straight away and ever since then I have continued to weight/strength train, growing and learning wherever I could along the way. Before I knew it; fitness became a very big part of my life and I have now been in the gym scene for 7 years and have been in working in the industry for 4 years and don't plan on stopping any time soon!

Being a PT and Nutrition Coach is something I see myself to continue to do as a career path as I am passionate about fitness, health & exercise and I can confidentially say I enjoy and love the work coming to work that I do! Over the years I turned my focus with my own training into strength and hypertrophy training & I soon hope to compete in powerlifting & bodybuilding competitions to challenge myself and to help grow the business and myself! That, paired with my Nutrition services, I aim to further build my own business FNF Coaching as an affiliation with BlackoutFFPT. In the near future I hope to start online coaching to help spread more awareness and knowledge to those who will benefit off it.

Why I Personal Train:

Being a PT is a very rewarding job and I don't think there is any other job quite like it. I enjoy pushing and motivating others to help reach their fitness goals no matter how big or small they are. I am passionate about fitness and exercise and I am a strong believer in the fact that everyone should be exercising. I make sure to promote what I believe and to practice what I preach. I also love it when I see my clients reach their goals, whether this is a weight-loss goal, a strength goal or any other goal, it makes me feel like I have successfully done my part as a Personal Trainer and fuels me to keep doing the best I can for my clients.

The Gym is my second home. I am a big believer in enjoying the work that you do for a living and I am grateful to be able to say that I enjoy the work that I do! :)

My Aim As a Personal Trainer;

Together as a team we will work together to help reach whatever goal it is that you may have all while I support, help & push you towards reaching them. I aim to build a postive relationship with my clients and aim for my clients to feel comfortable and confident in and outside of the gym. Most importantly I want my clients to have fun and look forward to coming to train as I believe this leads to a more enjoyable and healthy relationship with exercise which then leads to a more sustainable and long term fitness journey. I am always open for constructive critisism and know that there is always more to learn. I am always researching, studying and looking at gaining more knowledge to help offer a better more quality service to my clients.

Favourite Form of Exercise: Strength & Hypertrophy compound exercises such as; BB Squat, Bench, Deadlift. 

Favourite cheat foods: Ice-cream or anything really in large portions too! :)

Qualifications:
CERT 3/4 in Fitness – Master Trainer LVL1 Accreditations - Through Australian Institute of Fitness

CERT 4 in Nutrition - Sports Coach Nutritionist - Through VAST Fitness Academy

Qualified MetaPWR Instructor
