Q- Do I need a membership for Personal Training?

Answer: NO, You only pay for PT in packages or set up as a direct debit through our EZIdebit. There are no hidden fees, long contracts or get out fees. Its 4 weeks notice to cancel the direct debit, that's it. 24hr notice to be given in order to not forfeit your PT session.

Q - Why pick a Private Studio over a gym?

Answer: If you are not confident in a gym and unsure of how to use weights, how to correctly perform each exercise, then a Private Studio is the way to go. Its personal, it's 1 on 1, no fighting for equipment and your Personal Trainer is solely there for you with no interruptions.

Q- Is it child friendly?

Answer: Yes, we have a child friendly area for children to be in, this in full view of the class area. Parents are responsible for their child's needs at all times. No food to be brought to the Studio for the safety of any child who may have allergies. A Water bottle is fine to bring. 

Q- How much does the child area cost?

Answer: It is $10 for a 6 visit child pass, this helps towards the upkeep of the area for your child to have a clean and fun space to be in.

Q- Can children bring electronics to play?

Answer: Yes, however gaming or YouTube for the older children needs to be age appropriate as there is all ages in the child area. 

Q- Do you charge a membership fee on PT? 

Answer: No, you can start with the trial pack, then go to single PT sessions (set up on EZIdebit) or pre-pay PT packs. 

Q- What if I go on holiday?

Answer: Like any membership it keeps running. If something happens to you due to ill health or accident, a doctors certificate needs to be provided so we can put your membership on hold.

Q- What happens if I don't have enough money in my account on my payment day?

Answer: EZIdebit have a $9.90 failed payment fee which will be charged on your next payment day

Q- Do you have lock-in contracts?

Answer: No we do not, we only ask 6 weeks notice of cancellation. No exit fee or other hidden fees.
