Q- Do I need a membership for Personal Training?
No. Personal Training (PT) is available through package purchases or direct debit via EZIdebit. There are no hidden fees, long-term contracts, or exit fees. However, we require a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel a session to avoid forfeiture.
Q - Why pick a Private Studio over a gym?
Answer: If you are not confident in a gym and unsure of how to use weights, how to correctly perform each exercise, then a Private Studio is the way to go. Its personal, it's 1 on 1, no fighting for equipment and your Personal Trainer is solely there for you with no interruptions.
Q- Is it child friendly?
Answer: Unfortunately we do not have a creche for members to use, however if you are here for a group session under our trainers and your child can sit quietly, they are welcome to sit at the front desk, we do not mind. Parents are responsible for their child's needs at all times. No food to be brought to the Gym for the safety of any child who may have allergies. A Water bottle is fine.
Q- Do you charge a membership fee on PT?
Answer: Is there a membership fee for Personal Training?
No, unlike traditional gyms, Blackoutffpt does not require a membership for Personal Training. You can begin with a trial pack and then choose between single PT sessions (processed via EZIdebit) or pre-paid PT packages, based on your preferences and goals.
Q- What if I go on holiday?
Answer: Yes, we offer a two-week hold once per calendar year. If you experience illness or an accident, we require a doctor’s certificate to place your membership on hold for an extended period.
Q- What happens if I don't have enough money in my account on my payment day?
Answer: EZIdebit have a $9.90 failed payment fee which will be charged on your next payment day
Q- Do you have lock-in contracts?
Answer: No we do not, we only ask 30day notice of cancellation. No exit fee or other hidden fees.
