Learning each exercise to the best of your ability, understanding & learning the correct form from the start gives you the best out of every rep that you complete! Learn the exercise, not just to the movement. Mind to muscle connection is vital in any and every exercise that you perform, once you have this nailed, you will truly start to see results.

If you have not completed any form of exercise in a long time and have pre-existing injuries, high blood pressure, unexplained chest pain at rest or during exercise, a heart condition, have ever suffered a stroke, had an asthma attack within the last 12 months, diabetes or any other medical condition that makes it dangerous to participate in physical activities, please see your doctor beforehand to obtain a letter of clearance as to be able to participate in our group fitness classes. This not only covers you and  gives you peace of mind that you will be ok, it also allows BLACKOUTFFPT  to have the most up to date knowledge on your health and situation. Without this, we will need to send you to obtain a clearance so that you are able to safely complete personal training safely and around any issues if the need arises.
