All memberships include a professionally structured gym program, however
if you have injuries, medical considerations, or complex movement restrictions, a fully customised program will have to be developed to accommodate these needs. This requires additional assessment, planning and programming time, this is available as a specialised service from Blackoutffpt for $60 upon joinin All members are still taken through their program to ensure exercises are understood and performed correctly. This does not change
For more in-depth clinical assessment or rehabilitation, a Sports Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist may be more appropriate. Ultimately, selecting the right pathway is your decision.

Your Role in This Experience:
Our goal is to provide a space where you can show up, learn new exercises with proper form, enjoy the environment, and leave feeling accomplished and motivated.
Gym Access & Facilities:
Hours: 4:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Full access to all gym areas, including:
Functional fitness zone
Cardio room
Weights area.
Payment Information:
Payments are processed via EZIdebit (direct debit).
Health & Safety Requirements:
Before signing up, you will need to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions—including but not limited to:
High blood pressure
Unexplained chest pain at rest or during exercise
Heart conditions or a history of stroke
Recent asthma attacks (within the last 12 months)
Diabetes
Any other condition that may pose a risk during physical activity
We kindly ask that you obtain medical clearance from your doctor before joining. This ensures your safety and provides us with the most up-to-date knowledge regarding your health. If a clearance letter is required and not provided at sign-up, you will need to obtain one before commencing training.
